rear header pipe replacement

I'm in need of a rear header pipe for my 04 electra glide. I have been searching the net for used pipes. I was wondering at what year did the pipes change so that they wouldn't fit my 04?

Re: rear header pipe replacement

Is your "Y" pipe cracked? If so, do a search on FULLSAC True Dual and you can get the 2 pipe kit for ~$200.00. Beside having a dual exhaust (with OEM head pipes) that usues your existing slip-ons, you' get a significant reduction in heat on the right side.

Just remember about the later model mufflers (07 0n) NOT being compatible with this system.
