Will wheels off of a 02' Road king, the factory spokes. mount onto a 95' Road king?

Hopefully someone with more knowledge than me will chime in here.

If I'm not mistaken, the '02 has a larger axle than the '95.

2002 was the first year if the 1'' axle like troy said and harley's wheel installation kits only fit 00-01 plus 00 was was the year of the new rotors & brakes, that being said it might take more work to get it to fit then it's worth, maybe someone will post that has done it,

I just retro fitted newer wheels to my 99 Road King which have the same wheels as your 95. 2000's still have a 3/4 bearing in the rear, but, 1 inch in the front. '01 and later go to 1 inch front and rear until the hit that 25mm thing in like '08. I got bearings to fit the new wheel to the old RK at motorcycle metal on the net. Look at their stuff and give Howard a call. He is quite the character but very informative and his prices are very reasonable.

The 02 has 1" axles and the 95 has 3/4", but bearings can be changed to make it work.
