Gas tank removal FLHR 02 carb

Help ! I am trying to remove my gas tank for some custom paint. The center nut on the console is easy. There must be another bolt at the seat end of the console, I can feel the bracket, but how does the cover on the console come off to expose the bolt?. I can lift the chrome cover it is about 1" in diameter but it does not pop off. In the center there is a glued on HD emblem do I cut that off??.
Thanks for any input.

The rear of the console has a screw holding it on. More than likely the emblem is covering it.

Just heat it up a bit and you should be able to lift it off and reuse it with some new double sided tape if you want to.
