Service Manual for 2008 Touring models says - "Proper gap measurement is 0.038 to 0.043 inches (0.97 to 1.09 mm)"

how tight the spark plugs suppostu be anybody have specs i will like to use my torque wranch and don't know the specs

If I remember rightly, it's 15 ft-lbs. (12-18 ft.lbs. officially!!). Glider has some info on critical torque values in Self-help, but I don't remember if spark plugs are included. See here: Spark Plug Maintenance - Harley Davidson Community (Spark Plug Maintenance) TQ

It's 180 inch LBS or as TQ stated 15 FT lbs.
