FLHTCU Handlebar adjustment help

Hey guys

I need to lower my handlebar on my Ultra. Got a new seat installed and love it (Thanks Todd) however my reach to the handlebar seems to have shortened when sititng at the lower position by an inch or so. Can I lower the handlebar in order not to over extend my arms if so how?

Thanks
BuffaloBILL
