The winner is...

Well 3 weeks ago I listed my Fatboy on craigs list & it was gone in just three hours... WOW. I made a deal pending the test ride on an 05 Road King Custom that has been stuck in a garage with only 4219 miles. Its got all the norm, extra chrome, SE slip oms, and such.. Only plan for it is a 180 or 200 tire as I my fat boy had a 200 kit on it and a few other little things... yea right

MAN!! Good for you! I have had mine on Craigslist every week for 2 months now, and haven't even had a bite. I assume it's due to the bad economy. Who wouldn't want a gorgeous RK for Christmas, right????!!!

The economy, for sure, is horrible and affecting everyone's buying decision's, but that said, I have always found that a Harley (and a good USA built guitar, BTW) is like real estate. If priced competitively, it WILL sell. The ones that don't are frankly, just not priced where they need to be to make the sale happen. Our fellow member sold his in three hours. I'm willing to bet it was priced RIGHT.
