Absolutly, the trick to making the tape stick is in cleaning the surface properly.3M makes individualy wrapped wipes specificaly for this {similar to hand wipe packages}.They are acetone based but contain other chemicals for adhesion.If applied properly you need a hot knife to get stuff off.
