Stopped in the local dealership yesterday and talked to the head service tech, and he said it would be fine. As a matter of fact, he said ride the bike in the Spring until the regular mileage for an oil change is due (about another 1500 miles). He said the same thing I was thinking "really good synthetic oil is still very "fresh" at only 1500 miles of use".
 
even though that honda smitty is talking about will deff not be the same as a 1 year old engine with 400miles on it....i bett you flush that engine out check all your wiring for bad corrosion repair any bad wirring......put new oil in it fire it up and have fun
