Will this XM module work.

Have an 06 UC. Will XM module # 76165-06A work? The part number listed to work for my year model is 76404-06A, and I will need harness # 70164-06.

You should check with your HD dealer but IMHO pn 76165-06A will not work with your radio. The radios changed in 2006. I am speculating the module you have is for a 2005 and lower radio.
