Wild 1 Chubby Handlebars

Has anyone on here changed out the handlebars for the Wild 1 Chubby bars Part #WO575? If so, how difficult a chore is it. I have my bike torn apart now for inner fairing paint, and switch housing paint, and am thinking about the bars since all is removed from them. Will the wires and cables have to be extended? Thanks for all the help and advice all you fellows help me with.

i put them onmy 05 bagger and it was a day project. not to bad though. all the wires worked fine but i bought a new clutch cable cause it was to tight. throttle cables were fine. i all ready had aftermarket brake lines so that was no problem. i love the diffrent position. if u have fairing mounted mirrors all u r going to c is your knuckles. i had to mount a set on my controls. i hope this helps
