Wide 16x3 front tire on a 2009 XL

I want to convert my 2009 sportster xl1200C to the wide 16x3 front tire.
I know I need the wide triple trees & a new wheel, but can I also add dual brakes if I get the compatible fork slider?

You will need to change the master cylinder as well. The piston bore is a different size for a dual disc setup from the single disc arrangement.
