Wheels keep blowing valve stems at high speeds

I also wonder HOW the new one was put into the wheel.. NO SHORT CUTS?????

Wheel Has to be broken down and WAS the new stem (s) put in that way From the INSIDE and not Poked back Thru from the outside????

I Have heard of some problems when NOT put in Properly...
