Whats up

I put in a new battery and chared it up . I checked the voltage at the bat with engine running and I got 13.86 volts. when I rev it the volts stay the same at 13.86 do I need a new stator ?

There are a bunch of things to check before jumping to that conclusion. The closest schematic I have is for a 2003 Softail. Compare this to the one in your service manual and see if this attachment is exactly the same as yours.
