    got to thinking again (it hurts when i do that) we have a thread for killer recipes. but thought it might be good to actually see what we are putting on the pit....so here goes the before pic. yep pork again i felt bad for not having an after photo on the last one, we kind of ate it too quick...:D

    so ? anyone else?

    thanks Jack....just get the redhead to take the photo when you do it...then take the credit for the photo, we will never know...(maybe that should of been on an pm, darn inside voice)....:p

    Lorne, what spices did you pat it down with. Looks so good. Great looking cut of meat as well.

    Well whatever sauce you drink while cooking, it sure seems to work well.......awesome. I lean towards sloooooooooooooowwwwww cooking times myself:D

    i make up a simple rub using garlic powder, cajun spice and a pork shake (like Montreal steak spice)

    simple but goooooood :D

    Oh yeah, definitely a plus to be flexible. Gotta adapt:D to conditions!
