Wet Ride, No start next day!

Drove in downpoor yesterday for about an hour, put bike in shed overnight. Took out next morning and cleaned. Started bike, ran for about 30 seconds, sputtered, popped and died. Cleaned air filter, changed spark plugs and took blow dryer to all areas. Tried to start and same thing happened. Let sit most of the day in sun...still only starts, sputters with loud pop and when try to throttle it pops and dies. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!

Any chance you refueled right before putting the bike up for the night and picked up some bad fuel or possibly got water in the fuel somehow during the downpour?

If there no codes i would suspect contaminated fuel
Drain and refill with known good fuel as a start point

Is a 2005 NightTrain FI or carb. As Fin676 suggested, are there any codes. Manually check because they may be historical.
