It has rained here in eastern Canada every few days since the third week in June. It has been a horrible summer for biking. Good if you are a duck or fish.

Let see, we have had an optimist, a pessimist and posters in between...I would say the answer is a big NO...can't make rain stop BUT always a pleasure to ride...just a bit less in the wet...!

Rained here all weekend with record rainfall in th KW area and it is supposed to keep raining except for one day this week

I put on rain suit yesterday and did 100 miles. If I don't I would not be riding at all. Weather is clearing up for the week, only 3 days of possible rain!!!
