Couple of thoughts.

Bottom line for me would be to start over with the build. The excessive crank run out, the dark matter settling in the collected oil sample and the scoring of the OEM oil pump give me cause for concern. I would suggest that you check out Blackstone's oil testing kit and send a sample in for testing to see if metal is traveling in the oil.

+1 on start over with the build. It's almost winter, so is a good time to take it apart and start looking at the things Dolt has indicated. I would also recommend talking to one or more of the people on here that rebuild Harley Davidson engines for a living. They have combinations with known results. They have fine tuned and perfected their combinations by building them over and over again.
