Visiting from England

Welcome to the states and to the forum from Suwannee, Fl.

Thanks for all your comments. Still travelling, keep forgetting to make posts.
Hit Nashville and joined in on the pre-party bike week kick-off at The Scoreboard Bar n Grill. Some gooood bands. Plenty of good music, bikes, booze and other bikers.
Been riding from there slowly in a kinda circuit heading back to Chicago.
Rode east on scenic routes of Kentucky to Williamsburg then through part of Daniel Boone forest, checked out the Cumberland falls. Had a hiccup just after there when John realised he'd left his phone some miles back so had to spend a day retracing steps but got it back safe n sound.
After a long boring dash on I65 to catch up back where we'd been, we turned onto the 27 and stopped over at a great little town called Frankfort. From there took the 421 all the way to Shelbyville where we're at right now. Getting flatter and straighter here but only 2 more ride days to get back to Chicago so not much choice, would turn back for Kentucky and stay on those roads if could.
Met loads of great people, everyones been really friendly and helpful. Will definitely keep posting while here and when we get back to Manchester, England......
Safe riding.

Hi. We've just met up with Lorne who told us about this forum. We (John n Jean) are in Memphis on a hired HD Ultra Glide. Off bike for next 2 days to check out town and off to Nashville on Thurs for a few days there. No plans after that except ride roads and check out places before taking bike back to Chicago for 24th. We have a Union Jack flag on backbox so if you see us give us a wave......
