V&H Slip-Ons

I want to put V&H Straighshots Slip-On and maybe a K&N or SE filter on my 09 Super Glide Custom. Is there anything else I need to do? Fuelpak or have the dealer retune it?

I put the V&H straight shots on and didn't use a fuel pak. I haven't had any issues. Is it necessary?
