I am in the middle of installing V&H power duals on my 2011 FLHTK. I am to the point of installing the exhaust flanges and circlips on the new header pipes. Only problem is neither of the flanges will slide over the front header pipe. I was able to get the flange on the rear pipe with no problem. Any suggestions? I'm stumped and can't talk to V&H until Monday. I need my bike next week, I need to get this fixed this weekend.
