Hi, everyone, just a quick question if I get these pipes, will i need to get the download/map if i just do the pipes, or is that only if I do pipes and air flow?

The system will self adjust just a bit but any improvements in either intake or exhaust will return more with some added fuel.

Either way it will still be running lean without adding fuel.

The TFI is the only way to go without going for your lungs and it works well...

thanks Glider! by going for your lungs, do you mean the smell of fuel? because it's burning so lean. Does it burn leaner than stock with the addition of new exhaust?

By "going for your lungs" I meant spending a lot of $$$.

The exhaust will lean it out some but the dangerous part is when you add the intake too.

I have those pipes on my scoot..can't go wrong with the TFI as Glider said....it's lots cheaper than a map and if you add air later you won't need to remap if you map just for the pipes...JMHO
