ultima tranny problem

Not sure if this is the right spot but here goes... Got a 6 speed ultima tranny, drag style... Worked fine last week, never used for a week...started it today pulled clutch, put it in gear and in jumped ahead... seems clutch is not disengaging..
-checked clutch adjuster...perfect
-checked clutch cable adjuster...perfect
-doesnt feel stiff or anything
-when cover is off you can see clutch moving in and out...

could it be fluid or something else...

If the fluid is over full it will do that too. It shouldn't be above the bottom edge of the clutch basket.

If the oil is too thick it will also cause clutch drag harley formula+ is as good a primary as you can get

fluid was up a smidge but nothing worth talkng about...
It seems like the clutch is just stuck on the flywheel even with lever pulled in
