turn signal issue

i have a 2000 xl1200c the emergency flashers work but individual turn signals light when button is pushed but wont flash.

That would normally be caused by insufficient current draw through the circuit it often happens if the bulbs are changed by lower wattage bulbs like led
if you do need to run low watt bulbs then you will need a load equaliser to increase the load on the circuit

This bike is running incandesent bulbs even wired up 1057 bulbs to make sure. Same thing hazards will flash when activated and individual turn signal will light when button is pushed but wont flash. Have also replaced the tsm. Really need help with this one.

If it is the sporty you are talking about, check out the fuse panel for corrosion. Big problem with them.
