It's called an adventure...I often ride without a preconceived route. Its usually the most interesting of all trips. I find it exciting and just plain fun. I do however always carry my tom tom or cell phone just in case. Only "HAD" to use the tom tom once because of a time issue. It's usually only a matter of time before you meet up with another Harley rider, hopefully he's not doing the same thing and knows where he is going.
