Tri bar light led tail light 09 night train

I have a 2009 Night Train. I want to install a tri-bar led tail light. In the Harley Davidson book that part number is 69817-07A. A friend of mine is selling the same item but a different part number 69817-07. Does anyone know if their is a difference between the parts? Same number but one has the letter A at the end.

Harley has upgraded the wiring in the newer version as the old version wiring was breaking inside the insulation,hope this helps.
