After reading the suggestions and opinions : One More: take the bike to a HD or Indy shop and ask them... Hands on is what is needed...

We'd be here a long time guessing what it is.. If you want any more answers like I suggested,,,,, YOU need to Try Them and Report or else this is a wild goose (hog) chase..

After reading through this section, it seems to be a common normal thing with the 08's. Therefore I will leave it at that. Thanks for all the suggestions.
