I'm looking for a 5x8 V-nose enclosed trailer. I am familiar with Pace and Haulmark. Any names of trailers you can throw at me would be appreciated. I want to see what else is available.

Are you looking for the RK? I don't think it will fit in a 8' trailer.

If it's not for the RK, forget I said anything :D

And Steve07 is a great resource.

Yes it's for the RK....With the V-nose,,the trailer should be close to 9.5' to 10' according to some specs I've read.

Go aluminum. More expensive initially but they are lighter to tow, move around when unhitched, never rust, and hold their value amazingly well. I have a 6 yo Aluma that is still as purdy as they day I brought it home.

Some of the other things that will make an 8' trailer tight to consider is what type of wheel chock and how much room you need to mount it and then what are you using to tie it down. It's nice to be able to put a little angle on the straps.

I have a Wells Cargo 5x10 which is a great size, but I also use a frame lock, Frame Lock to avoid using straps.

why a 5X8 i have a 6x12 set up with a little storage up front then welded up a wheel chock bike mount to center the load in the trailer for some nose weight and have some room behind the bike (09 classic) or can put two smaller bikes in if needed even used it as a camper one year at a rally but when you get a big bike in it's none too big inside PS you can always use it a a storage shed when not hauling the bike

I am only interested in putting my bike in there. I don't want a big trailer,,,have had 12 and 14 foot trailers before(utility). Also,I don't want to take up the room in my driveway.

Here is my RK in a 6 X 10' You can see how much front and back room you will have.
