anybody use the heritage touring bag with studs on the rear rack?if so how solidly does it mount because it looks like it might overhang rear racks

I have a similar bag on my dyna, and it does overhang the rack. The bag has a reinforced bottom, but it still sags on both sides.

it is solid and stays attached at 130 mph. but makes my bike shake as I am slowing down 40 to 30 mph range. took a year to find the cause of this wobble. Now I know what causes it I live with it. It has to do with the rear overhang shifting the weight off the ft wheel. If I don't want to deal with it I just go back to the sissy bar and leave the tour pack at home,
