I tried this general post with no replies.I just had my bike painted and I'm putting it back together.I need to know what kind of caulk they use on the wrap around lights on the inside and the black sealant on the outside.

I'd ask a few dealers. Maybe they will know.
I've seen the sealant for sale on eBay.

I would use just some clear siicone, if I was going to seal it myself. They have it in black if you need that shade to match. Just clean off all excess well before it dries. Harder to clean sometimes after it has cured.

tkswede beat me to the punch - clear silicone (weather proof type) works well. I bought a small tube @ Home Depot & use it to seal gaps/holes wherever needed.

Thanks for the info.I called the dealer and he said I just needed to seal out the water by using a non-hardening silicone so it could handle the vibration and keep the moisture out.
