torque of exhaust flang nuts

Can anyone tell me the proper torque for the exhaust flange nuts on a 103ci FLHTK? Thanks

This is for my 96 but should be the same

Tighten top nut to 9 - 18 in-lbs
tighten bottom nut to 100 - 120 in-lbs
Re-tighten top nut to 100 - 120 in-lbs

Repeat on the rear exhaust

I always check the torque values after everything is bolted up too.

(On my 2004 Ultra, you start the torquing sequence on the top or bottom of the front flange and the OTHER ORDER on the rear flange.)
