Throttle stuck at idle

You can roll your throttle half way open and only get idle??? Just asking to make sure I read it right.

If it happened suddenly, it's probably a broken cable, if not, it may need an adjustment.

Yes it did right after i put the air filter back on after washing the bike and forgot to take red rag out of the throttle body..Dooh

All problems should be so small.
