Throttle Issue

2008 Street Glide, Idles Great, Ease on the throtle - no Problems. However, if I want to get on it a little from a stopped position, the motor acts like it gets too much gas too quick. I could use some help in figuring out the issue. The motor is a 96ci with a 103 Bore kit installed.

Could be flooding & could be starving fuel...agree w/Jack - need more info on bike's set-up.

Yep, need a lot more info than engine size. Any mods to the bike, especially recent ones? Did you recently change brands or octane levels of gas? Did this happen all of a sudden or has it been slowly getting worse?

Throttle by wire "lag" can give similar symptoms of too much fuel too soon.
2008 was first year of TBW and there were several problems with calibration.

the SE tuner can take the Lag out of the Tbw that breeze3at is talking about not sure about other tuners
