The New Michelin "Scorcher" Tires

Does anyone know anything about these tires, or haven't they been around long enough yet for real world evaluation? The Harley-Davidson/Dunlop tires that came on my O9 Fat Bob are real nice and holding up well, but I'm a real Michelin fan and I was pleased to know they'd struck a deal with MOCO. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but the 2010 Fat Bob photos on HD's web site looks to me like it's still wearing the Dunlop tires rather than the Michelin "Scorcher" tires that the bike is now supposed to be equiped with. Maybe the tread design of the new Michelin tire is so similar to the Dunlop tread that it just looks the same?

I tell you what, if you buy me a pair, I'll ride them (EDIT) in all types of conditions and give you 5,000 words and a couple of pictures.

New tires should be a nice alternative...apparently working with MOCO in cooperation role...competition is healthy...

Once there are some long term test results to determine which end of the spectrum they will fall, currently Dunlop is the standard with decent handling and high mileage verses, Metzler and Avons offering better handling, but sacrificing long term wear, currently being represented...JMHO
