TFI Installed on 08 Crossbones

I got the TFI installed yesterday on the Crossbones, I have SE round air cleaner and Thunder city baffles.
The bike seems to run alot hotter than before TFI. Not sure if my settings are correct. The green light comes on steady, the yellow blinks about 6 times at start up and then quits. Haven't seen the red on at all. I do get a litttle popping sometimes when I max the throttle.
Any ideas?

Your lights are pretty much what they should be. The yellow is the accel pump and should light when you goose it. Green on at idle. Red only comes on when you are above 4K on the rpm's assuming it's set at the 4 o'clock position.

Should run a bit cooler if anything. The additional fuel has a cooling effect over the lean mixtures.
