T-bag from what?

Hi, anyone know what this may have come off of? I picked it up at a swap meet last week and I have never seen one like this. It looks like it has the pig skin insert on top. It is 16"X9" Thanks for your help, Steve

Looks a roll pouch but not certain which bike it would fit. You mentioned "T-bag" if the company "T-bag" made it, they could help you. you can find them on line at ==== tbag.com ====. I've bough from them in the past and find their customer service to be great.
