been lowered then i would say as ride height is listed as 5.12 by the specs i found

Well, I guess my bike has been lowered. Hopfully the dealer can adjust it for me tomorrow.

How can I tell how they lowered it?

Dumb question here, was the bike on the stand? :s

The lowering is done inside the forks and is reversible usually with the right parts.
