suspension pressure and tire wear

I have a 2010 UC classic and new to manual suspension adjustment. So my question is does the correct suspension pressure (solo or two up) affect the tire wear and mileage I can get from tires. If I leave pressure at two up but ride solo will tires wear faster? Seems most riders state they get 10k to 15K miles.
As always great site to get information and thanks

If you leave the two up pressures in the tires and ride single, you probably will accelerate the wear down the middle of the tire.

If you do the same with the suspension, it will just ride harder than usual IMO.
