Stumbling at Low-Throttle?

I have an 04 Sportster Classic 1200. I have the Screamin Eagle Stage I Air Cleaner and Screamin Eagle Slip-Ons. I re-jetted the carb myself. It ran fine last summer, but this summer it has stumbled quite a bit at low throttle situations. Like cruisin down the highway in 5th at 55-60. It doesn't run smooth. I put up with the problem all summer, because I haven't had a lot of time to ride. I honestly dont remember exactly what size jets I used, but I do remember puttin 3 washers on the needle??? Any advice guys (and gals)?

you might have to take the carb apart and clean it out. mine started missing up real bad about a month back. i had rebuilt it a couple years ago because the accelerator pump was bad, anyway i took it apart and blew everything out and all is good.
