stumble on startup.

I have a 2007 vrscdx with 23000 on the clock.I had a dobeck 1046st fitted from new, couple of months back bike started running really rough and cutting out.I removed the dobeck fueller and replaced it with with gen3.bike seems to run fine apart from,on startup the bike will fire then the engine stumbles and almost cuts out,it picks up again then runs fine.this has only occurred since fitting the new fueller.I have a cfr pipe and k&n filter so have left the settings as it came out of the box as it states in the instructions these are the settings for a stage on tune.any suggestions?

Check for an intake leak would be my first thought.

thanks for the quick response,will have a look but only seems to happen when the bike has been parked up for a few hours,if I start it say 1/2 hour after a run it will be fine.

Have you tried different settings on the TFI?

Had a look at the IAC in my workshop manual,real pain in the (EDIT)
to get to on the V Rod,think will just leave well alone for the time being,not a major problem.
