Could it be this motorcycle lift? Seems mighty fine to me and the price of admission is decent...

I don't think that's what he's referring to. I was in Harbor Frt yesterday and they had one like he describes. I believe that
it's a table, that you drive the bike on to, not a lift.

"I paid about $300...I put the fancy front wheel chock...it comes with a cheapee ..front tire vice. I just drove it up and in the chock and it holds the bike until I get the tie downs on her."
 
Hey, I am with Bubbie on that one...! Well done HapBob, sorry for the confusion guys, and thank you for the clarification!
 
Keep an eye on Harbor Freight sales...then come up with a 20% off coupon from internet...I got it out the door for a few dollars less than $300...the added front whell chock was $29. This is the manual pump up version no Air lift with it...
It works well for the money I think.
