I would think they are casting locators used in the final machining process.
It looks to me like you lost the frappen valve locator from there.:s
Don is probably right there.
The frappen valve is located on the other side, the wedest motist went there on the earlier models. Don't confuse this with the beveled widget that is currently not in use!:newsmile108::newsmile108:

I knew we would have to fix this. Glider and I were having a little fun with each other. The holes you referenced are not used to mount anything as far as I know. The valve and the other parts we spoke of are not used and probably not manufactured.
That was funny, but the poor guys from France and probably doesnt understand hillbilly humor....
