Well, battery tests fine. I'll clean and reconnect everything. Hopefully that'll fix it. If not, I'm afraid of having to replace the starter. uggh
I hope you do not just replace the starter...... Again as all have suggested, was battery properly LOAD tested??? Just checking surface voltage means nothing. This is why your lights and etc was working. When you engage the starter you need ample available battery to crank bike over. This is the importance of load testing battery.
