just got my first harley a sportster 1200 low it had been stored for over a year started first time . but ran realy bad drained the tank filled with new gas much better now well pleased

Congratulations on your bike, you may want to change all the fluids after storage for this length of time, including the brake fluid, and lube the throttle and clutch cables as well
