hi im running a 1040st dfo my mods are as follows 95 inch big bore kit with se 257 cams se air cleaner head porting 12-1 comp pistons v+h big shots staggered with loud baffles,and baker six speed trans.my settings now are g2.30 y6 r4 rpm 7.with this ihave a slight bog at very lite throttle and a bad surge at highway speed [70-75mph].yesterday tried the 1800 rpm test and it brought the green pot to 1 then brought the rpm back to 4 a little better at lite throttle but surge still ther on highway.starting to wonder if the dfo can handle these mods?any help would be greatly appreciated.btw,i have an 01 softail and i did contact dobeck awhile ago.

Do you have a stage 2 download from harley or just the DFO?
