Sreamin Eagle ventilator air cleaner

I am trying to pick a Air filter for a stage 1. I like the looks and low profile of this filter.
Is is considered a stage 1 or 2?
Will it give decent performance compared to a big sucker or Roland Sands?

Its considered stage 1. I have one on my Ultra and love the looks of it. As far as how it compares to the others, I'm sorry, i can't really tell you.
