Start with checking your fuses. Use a test light and check for power on both sides of the fuse with the key on. This will test the fuses and the power going to the fuses.

Have you checked under the rear fender for frayed wires? Sounds like something is shorted and that is a good place to start. You should also check your battery connections, both ends.

:(Ive checked the fuses and I just replaced the battery.....I have no problem
starting the bike....headlight seems to be only electrical item working..
No taillight, brakelight, or turn signals....

When I get a chance Ill pull the taillight again and check all the wires...

You may also want to check the connector for the rear lights. I don't recall if there is 1 connector for Tail/Brake lights and 1 for Turn Signals. But I think there is just 1. It is probably under the seat area or there abouts. Couldn't say about your Speedo.

Replaced fuse and the taillight bulb....everything was working again.
Took bike out and got inspection done got home, next day took bike out and it blew
another fuse.....any ideas on why its blowing fuses??

My guess is that there is a wire rubbed through or maybe water getting in somewhere during washing. Get familiar with VOM (Volt, OHM Meter) and go to work.
