sporster 89 rotor falling appart

I am replacing the stator on my sportster 89 and i notice that the magnets inside the rotor are loose, is that normal?
Am i suppos to use same king of glue or somthing. Help.

I would replace the rotor. Fresh magnets are stronger and will increase charging output.

The early sportster stators were on the clutch hub, not a good design, I have not seen any good repair for loose magnets
