1995 FLH I installed my front wheel and speedo drive, now when I rotate the front wheel the whole speedo drive rotates with the wheel, pulling on the drive cable.
If anyone has a suggestion on how to fix this issue please let me know.

There is a tab on the speedo drive unit that must be seated in the slot on the disc. Check to make sure that it is in and the drive unit won't rotate. if the tab is broken off you will have to purchase a new unit.
