Speedo and tach lights go out over 2000 rpm

I have a 2007 flhtc 40k with a strange problem. Going about 45 mph and getting just over 2000 rpm first the speedo light goes out followed by the tach light, then the volt meter max's out, check engine light comes on then goes out, along with the 6th gear light. As I slow down below 2000 rpm, lights come back on. All the time no change in engine performance. Changed regulator with no change. Following codes recorded, P0152, P0563, 60563, 61007, 61006, 61007. According to HD dealer none of these would have anything to do with my issue...any help is greatly appriciated..rickesp
