08 1200c, Switched to amsoil 20/50 in primary at 1000miles then to spectro at 7500. Now have 8500 on the bike. Thus far it appears it is a little quieter with the spectro but I have experienced alot of missed shifts. Plan to drain it at 10k and compare the mag plug with the last couple of drains. Will then decide what to use.

Overfilling can affect the reliability of the shifting, so do check the level before and after, sometimes the blind 1 Quart fill method is too much...
